Casey Hanna is a doctoral student in Drexel’s School of Education working under the mentorship of Dr. Toni May. She received her B.A. in Secondary Education and History and her M.A. in Anthropology and Archaeology from Monmouth University. Before pursuing her PhD, she was a public archaeologist and middle and high school social studies teacher in central New Jersey. Her research interests include program evaluation, student and community voice at community schools, and civic engagement and literacy.
