Tamika Moore is the administrative assistant for the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program. Prior to joining ELAM, Tamika worked for Drexel University College of Medicine as administrative coordinator II for the Division of Cardiology. In this role she was responsible for supporting the chief of the division, while briefly supporting the directors of the cardiac cath and the heart failure programs. She was responsible for administrative and clinical support, and communicating with other department administrators, faculty and staff.

The Institute continues the legacy of advancing women in medicine that began in 1850 with the founding of the Female Medical College of Pennsylvania, the nation's first women's medical school and a predecessor of today's Drexel University College of Medicine.
