Joyce joined Drexel’s Lynn Yeakel Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership in 2017, where she oversaw program development and coalition-building for Vision 2020 and VisionForward. In her role as director of communications and programs, Joyce is responsible for relationship-building and developing communication strategies for ELAM/ELH, Continuing Education, and Behavioral Healthcare Education.

Before joining the Drexel community, Joyce lived in New York City, where she held administrative positions at Barnard College, The Masters School, and The City College of New York. She holds a BS in speech communication from Millersville University, and an MA in student affairs in higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
