OnTheHub

OnTheHub is our new platform to distribute academic software and licenses to students, faculty, and professional staff for personal devices. In addition to the academic discounted software available from OnTheHub, you can now download software licensed by Drexel from the web store at no cost or discounted prices.

  Note: Software available from OnTheHub is licensed for academic use on personal devices. If you're faculty or professional staff and need software for your Drexel-managed PC or Mac, you must install your software from Software Center for Windows or Self Service for macOS.

Sign in to OnTheHub

  1. Go to one.drexel.edu.
  2. Enter your Drexel user ID and password, and then select Connect.
  3. Verify your sign-in with multifactor authentication.
  4. Select CAMPUS+COMMUNITY, and then select OnTheHub: Online Store in the Hardware and Software section.
  5. If prompted with the Kivuto OnTheHub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, review the agreements; select the check boxes to agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then select Continue.

Download software from OnTheHub

  1. From the OnTheHub home page select the software you want to download.

    2.   Notes:

    • Software licensed by Drexel is available from the Institutional Software tab.
    • Software offered by OnTheHub is available from the More Software tab.
  2. Select Add to Cart, and then select Check Out.
  3. Complete the reCAPTCHA, and then select Continue.
  4. Downloads, license information, and instructions for the software is displayed. Select Download to download the software.

    5. Important: If your software requires an activation code, the activation code is displayed here.

View previous orders and downloads

You can view order details, downloads, and license information of software you've previously purchased through OnTheHub.

  1. From the OnTheHub home page select your name, and then select Your Account/Orders.
  2. A list of your previous orders is displayed. Select View Details for an order to view the downloads, license information or activation code, and instructions for that software.
