Get Started

You must set up your Common Accounts and set up multifactor authentication (MFA) before you can use Drexel's email services.

Multifactor Authentication

Drexel requires MFA so your account is more secure. When you sign into your Drexel account on a device or app you need more than just your username and password. You also need a second verification method, called a second "factor," to confirm your identity when you try to sign in. The first factor is something you know, such as your password. The second factor is something you have, such as a smartphone.

You can use an app notification on your smartphone, a phone call, or text message as your second factor, an save your authentication for up to 60 days.
