Effective leadership is a journey and more of an art than a science. Drexel Leaders: The Art of Management is a self-paced online leadership program for current and aspiring managers.

Formerly known as the popular Supervisory Certificate Program which ran from 2011-2023, this revamped initiative offers a modern approach to learning and development and is thoughtfully crafted to cater to the evolving hybrid work environment. Despite its rebranding, the essence of the program remains rooted in providing a comprehensive and diverse range of learning opportunities.

Through this program you will explore topics essential to your success as a manager, from better understanding yourself as a professional to effectively leading a team. Delve into strategies for leadership within your organization, learn how to drive productivity and develop the skills necessary to be an inclusive leader.

The certificate focuses on five topics: You as a Leader, Leading Your Team, Leading Within the Organization, Getting the Work Done, and Be an Inclusive Leader.

The program provides a diverse range of online courses and virtual workshops designed to put content into practice and help you gain valuable insight and feedback from your peers in a safe learning environment. The estimated time to complete the program is 25 hours.
