The hiring process varies for each department and is dependent on the need to fill the position. Once your application is submitted successfully, the resume review process begins. After the department reviews all applications/resumes, a group of qualified applicants is selected for a phone screen interview. A secondary in-person interview then takes place. Following the completion of these in-person interviews, a final decision is made.
For applicants who are selected by the hiring department, a brief phone screen interview is usually the first step in the interview process. If the hiring department decides to pursue the candidate further, an in-person interview will follow. Dress appropriately and arrive on time for your scheduled interview. Once a decision is made, the hiring department will contact you.
If you are not selected as a finalist, you will be notified via phone or email.
