Goal Setting in Career Pathway

Goal setting is an essential first step in the overall framework of the performance management process. By creating and establishing goals, professional staff and their supervisors create a road map for individual and departmental achievement. From 90 Day Introductory Period goals to annual performance goals, this session was designed to help supervisors and professional staff create results-based goals, review competencies, and input those goals into Career Pathway.
To register, log onto DrexelOne:
- From the Employee tab, click on Career Pathway.
- From the Learning tab, select Browse for Training.
- Under "Subject", select Performance Management and click on title of class.
