Mathematics and Computer Science Society Presents: Curalate on Computer Vision

Tuesday, May 24, 2016

5:00 PM-6:00 PM

Drexel's Mathematics and Computer Science Society (MCS) presents a very special two-speaker tech talk from Curalate on computer vision and their startup experience! Curalate is a Philadelphia-based visual marketing startup, connecting people to pictures and products. Achieving this requires a special mix of first-class software engineering, computer vision, and grit.

In this talk, Drexel graduates and Curalate employees Lou Kratz (Lead Research Engineer) and Tim Hahn (Software Engineer) will dive deep into the technical challenges they have faced, how they have overcome them, and what they learned in the process.

Free food and Curalate schwag (free shirts, sunglasses, etc.) will be provided!
