Senior Design, a required course for all CAEE seniors, is a year-long teamwork process that challenges student to use all that they have learned during their Drexel education. Students form a four or five person team, create a project and select a faculty advisor.

The work of the year can be summarized as follows:
- Fall – Define the project in detail
- Winter – Make the major design decisions
- Spring – Refine the design and investigate selected areas in depth
Each term the product of the work is a “book” and an oral presentation. Students currently enrolled in Senior Design should access the course information via Drexel LEARN.
