Donna Bauer, an experienced innovation and transformation executive, leads the North American Energy and Utilities Vertical for Atos Group. She is accountable for digital transformation and the consulting business in this sector. As a member of the Group’s North American Management Committee, she further is responsible for developing and executing the Group’s strategy in North America.
Donna brings deep Industry, strategy, technology, and client experience to her role. Her Chemical Engineering Degree and background with the Energy and Utilities majors gives her the experiences to drive her practice. They develop innovative solutions, new business models and transforms businesses around the globe. Donna and her practice are known for IoT, Smart Solutions, the Enriched Business Model, Sustainability, Operational Optimization, and the Ecosystem Co-Sell model innovation.
Her passion is to mentor, enlighten and help shape the career paths of our future leaders. She believes that Engineering provides the foundation for lifetime of opportunity.
In prior roles, Donna led successful turnarounds, practices in SAP and Oracle, Oil and Gas and most recently Telco, Media, Technology and Manufacturing. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in Plant Management, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance and Supply Chain.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Sacred Heart University.
