Drexel University Center of Excellence in Maternal, Child, Adolescent, and Family Health

Welcome

The Maternal and Child Health Center of Excellence (MCH CoE) at Drexel University's Dornsife School of Public Health is a multidisciplinary group of academics, clinicians and students who strive to improve the health of women, children, adolescents, and families through education, research, and practice.

Dornsife's Maternal and Child Health (MCH) is proud to be selected by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau (HRSA MCHB) as one of 13 national Centers of Excellence in Maternal and Child Health Education, Science, and Practice. The Drexel MCH CoE builds on 10 years of previous HRSA MCHB funding supporting Drexel as an MCH Catalyst program (2015-2025).

Our CoE works to meet the needs of maternal and child health populations by strengthening and expanding the MCH workforce through graduate training, research, school activities, leadership opportunities, mentorship, professional development, internships, technical assistance, collaboration with community-based organizations, and more. We welcome you to learn more about our center and our endeavors:
