Although businesses are promoting their use of machine learning (ML) models to help customers and protect assets, are they succeeding in using them?
In a new article for CXOTech magazine, Drexel CCI Assistant Teaching Professor Pragati Awasthi examines the complications organizations encounter in implementing and using their ML models and offers solutions to address these issues, among them timely model retraining and clear governance.
“It was an interesting opportunity to reflect on some practical aspects of ML in enterprise settings and bringing ML models into real-world use,” Awasthi said.
