U.S. News and World Report ranks the College of Computing & Informatics’ (CCI’s) program as 13th best among the 56 library and information studies graduate programs it evaluates, up one position from its 2021 rank.
Additional rankings CCI received in this round include Information Systems (#1); Digital Librarianship (#3); Services for Children and Youth (#12); and Archives and Preservation (#16).
According to the way U.S. News assesses these programs, the honor extends to the whole of Drexel’s Information Science graduate offerings:
CCI leverages its faculty research and teaching expertise in these areas to offer core undergraduate and graduate programs in the information science field.
The rankings reflect peer assessments of academic quality, including those of each program's dean, director and a senior faculty member.
