First Term Schedule
In accordance with university policy, all incoming students are registered for their first term courses by Drexel University. Course selections are made by the program in which the student is entering.
The Student's schedule will be posted and viewable no later then September 01 via the Drexel-One portal.
What is EXAM 080?
Some courses (Physics, Math) allocate time for students to take their exams so they do not interfere with their other classes. Students only attend the exam period when the instructor specifically indicates the student should go to their exam period.
Why is a course listed twice on my schedule?
Some courses include a lecture and recitation which list each portion separately.

International Transfer Students
In addition to the University policy, International Transfer Students are required to have all credits earned at colleges/universities outside of the United States reviewed by an International Accreditation Agency who conducts Foreign Credit Evaluations. Transfer credits will be reviewed and/or applied after the foreign credit evaluation has been received by the Westphal College Office of Academic Advising.
Why are foreign credit evaluations necessary?
Institutions of higher education outside of the United States may have unique credit values, grading systems and/or accreditation standards. In order to match foreign transcripts with our University/College, the evaluation is necessary.
Is there a fee associated with foreign credit evaluations?
Yes, the agency that conducts the evaluation will charge the applicant/student a fee for their service.

When are my credits reviewed for potential transfer to Westphal College?
After the student has been accepted into the College and the Official Transcript has been received, a transcript evaluation is conducted.
Will my previously earned credits transfer to Westphal College?
Courses that earn a grade of C or higher from an accredited institution and are similar to a Drexel offered course are considered for transfer. Some courses require "department review" or further detailed information such as a syllabus or course description prior to transfer decision.
International transcripts must be evaluated by an independent evaluation agency- refer to International Transfer Students in Incoming Students section of this website.
