Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps on your PC or Mac

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Westphal College has made Adobe Creative Cloud free to all Westphal students for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Adobe Creative Cloud will also be free term by term to other Drexel students enrolled in Westphal courses this academic year.

Before you begin, make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements.

Sign in to download and install Creative Cloud apps

  1. Go to, and select Sign in.
  2.   Note: If you're already signed in to with a personal account, you'll need to sign out of that and then sign in again with your Drexel account.

  3. Enter your Drexel email address, it looks like, and then select Continue.
  4. Select Company or school account.
  5. You'll be redirected to Drexel Connect. Sign in with your Drexel account and verify your sign-in with multifactor authentication.
  6. If prompted with the Kivuto OnTheHub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, review the agreements; select the check boxes to agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then select Continue.

Download and install your Creative Cloud desktop apps

  1. From the Creative Cloud home page select Apps.
  2. Select Download or Install for the app you want to install, to start the download. The Creative Cloud desktop app installs automatically with your first app.
  3.   Note: If you don't see a download or install option on the Apps page, it probably means you don't have a subscription. If you are a Westphal student, faculty, professional staff, or adjunct faculty, or a Drexel student enrolled in a Westphal course this term, contact the Westphal IT team and ask to have one assigned to you.

  4. Once the download has completed, double-click the downloaded installer.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your installation.
  6. Tip: To install more apps, click Install for the app in the Creative Cloud desktop app or from
