Tanya Kauffmann

Tanya currently serves on the advisory board for the Master of Legal Studies (MLS) Virtual Career Office (VCO) for Drexel University and is a 2018 class representative on the Thomas R. Kline School of Law Alumni Council. She holds a BA in Political Science from Kean University, a Paralegal Certificate from Mercer County Community College, and a master’s degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Health Care Compliance from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Klein School of Law.

She currently works as a contracts manager for a global generics pharmaceutical company headquartered in Princeton, NJ. Tanya is a member of AACE (African Ancestry Cultural Exchange) Employee Resource Group and WOCIP (Women of Color in Pharma), a core team member of the Paralegal Network at her company, and serves as a mentor to paralegals and other contract managers. She also volunteers as a recreational girls’ basketball coach for grades 3–8 and twice a month helps feed the needy in her community.
