Graduation Checklist

Don't forget to follow these important steps to your graduation!

Commencement is almost here. As you approach the final days of your journey as a Drexel student, know that you have made a lasting impact on this University and will always be a Drexel Dragon. Stay on track by following the guide below as you take your final steps toward graduation.

Before Commencement

Apply for Your Degree – After you consult your academic advisor and DegreeWorks and ensure that you're on track to graduate, you can complete the degree application process via DrexelOne.

Walkthrough Information – If you have not completed all degree requirements but you would like to be considered as a "walkthrough," your academic advisor must complete the Application to Participate in Commencement Activities on behalf of you.

RSVP for Commencement – Once Drexel receives your application for degree, the Commencement RSVP will appear in the Welcome tab of your DrexelOne account. This must be completed if you intend to walk at any Commencement ceremony.

Order Regalia – After you complete the Commencement RSVP, regalia can be ordered exclusively through the University Bookstore's online order process.

Pick up Commencement Tickets – Ceremony tickets are available to pick up at the Graduation Fair. Ticket pick-up locations after the Fair will be announced on the ticket page.

After Commencement

Receive Your Degree – Eight to ten weeks following the official university degree conferral date, your Diploma will be mailed to you as long as the degree has been academically cleared through the respective college/school and Office of the University Registrar.
