Regalia Ordering and Deadlines
To attend your Commencement ceremonies, you must wear the appropriate academic regalia (cap and gown). Once you have RSVPed to attend Drexel's Commencement ceremonies, you will find instructions to order your regalia via DrexelOne.
The final regalia order deadline is May 29. After this date, graduates who have RSVPed but not yet ordered regalia can contact Drexel Business Services at dbs@drexel.edu. Late regalia orders are not guaranteed and managed on a case-by-case basis.

Regalia Assistance Fund
The Regalia Assistance Fund was created to help Drexel undergraduate students purchase their regalia in order to participate in their Commencement ceremonies. By completing the application, you are attesting to having a financial need and that you are a graduating senior from the current academic year. Once received, your application will be reviewed, and, if you have been granted the award, you will receive notice from a member of the Commencement team with next steps. The Graduation Regalia Fund is made possible by donations from alumni, employees, students, parents, and Drexel Business Services to support students who are unable to afford graduation regalia. Submit the application to request regalia assistance funding. Please contact commencement@drexel.edu with questions.
Bachelor's Degree Candidates
Purchase your bachelor's regalia (Drexel blue gown, mortarboard cap, hood, and tassel) to be shipped to Rally House. Cost is $97 plus applicable tax.
- First order deadline – Friday, May 8. You can pick up cap and gown at the Graduation Fair on Wednesday, May 13, or in Rally House beginning Thursday, May 14, and onward.
- Final order deadline – Friday, May 29. You can pick up cap and gown in Rally House beginning Monday, June 1, and before June ceremonies.
After May 29, contact Drexel Business Services at dbs@drexel.edu and they will assist graduating students on a case-by-case basis.

Formal Custom Doctoral Package
Purchase a formal, custom Drexel blue doctoral gown, tam, and hood. The price for this option is $1,007.45 plus shipping and handling. Online purchase must be completed by April 17, 2026, no exceptions.
Announcements, Frames, and Rings
All customized graduation announcements, class rings, and diploma frames can be purchased via Herff Jones on the same order site where graduates will order regalia (cap and gown).
