Graduation Checklist
1. Apply for Your Degree
Available: Now for spring and summer term graduates
Deadline: May 2, 2025
If you are planning to receive a degree in the spring term, you must submit this form via DrexelOne by May 2, 2025. This is what enables you to be a degree candidate and initiates the ordering of your diploma. If you do not meet the deadline, your name will not appear in the Commencement program.
- Log in to DrexelOne and select the Academics tab.
- In the Grades, Transcripts and Records channel, select "Apply for Graduation"

2. RSVP for Commencement
You must apply for your degree before you can RSVP.
Deadline: May 10, 2025
Available: After you have applied for your degree, beginning on February 17
- Log in to DrexelOne.
- In the Student Checklist on the Welcome tab, select "RSVP for Commencement." If you do not see this checklist item, confirm that you have applied for your degree following the steps above.
- Complete the form. Within an hour of RSVP completion, this Student Checklist item will appear as a green check mark icon.
Email commencement@drexel.edu with any access issues or to RSVP after the deadline.
3. Order Your Regalia
You must apply for your degree and RSVPed for Commencement before you can order.
Deadline: May 30, 2025
Available: After you have applied for your degree, and RSVPed for Commencement, beginning on February 17
If you plan to attend the ceremonies in-person, regalia (cap and gown) must be ordered online. Order deadlines dependent on regalia type. The final deadline to order regalia online is May 30.

4. Receive Your Ceremony Tickets
Available: Beginning at the Graduation Fair on May 14
