There is a supplier registration portal tied to our e-Procurement system, Smart Source. Suppliers are required to register in order to do business with Drexel University. We do not accept cold calls. If one of our departments has reached out to you for a good or service, they will email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a registration link will be delivered to you. It should take approximately 15 minutes for you to complete the registration.
The portal will allow you to manage your own information in terms of Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment and distribution, check account information for ach payments, and track your POs and invoices. There is also a functionality that allows you to flip your PO to an invoice.
