The Office of Faculty manages the Faculty Annual Review (FAR) process for the College of Medicine. Annual performance reviews are an important part of individual development and accountability. All employed College of Medicine faculty are required to complete yearly performance reviews. 

During this process, faculty will meet with their supervisor to review the contents of their FAR and to discuss topics such as promotion, the faculty members’ performance over the past academic year, and goals for the future. Below is a list of relevant deadlines. The entire FAR, including final signatures from both the faculty member and their supervisor, must be submitted by Friday, October 2, 2026.

The Faculty Annual Review can be accessed by faculty members employed by Drexel University College of Medicine through the Faculty Affairs Dashboard (FAD). The dashboard is available to faculty year-round for updating their information and recording new accomplishments, which will then appear on the Annual Review. The system also generates automatically formatted CVs. We encourage you to attend a training session or review the training materials to become familiar with how to complete your Annual Review. 

Faculty Annual Review Timeline

* The Faculty Annual Review is intended to encompass the 2025-2026 AY. Faculty starting July 2026 onward will not participate in the 2025-2026 annual review.
