Faculty Annual Review
The Office of Faculty manages the Faculty Annual Review (FAR) process for the College of Medicine. Annual performance reviews are an important part of individual development and accountability. All employed College of Medicine faculty are required to complete yearly performance reviews.
During this process, faculty will meet with their supervisor to review the contents of their FAR and to discuss topics such as promotion, the faculty members’ performance over the past academic year, and goals for the future. Below is a list of relevant deadlines. The entire FAR, including final signatures from both the faculty member and their supervisor, must be submitted by Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
The Faculty Annual Review can be accessed by faculty members employed by Drexel University College of Medicine through the Faculty Affairs Dashboard (FAD). We encourage you to attend a training or view a recorded training to learn how to complete your annual review.
