Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® Executive Search Network

ELAM has been providing services — from posting job announcements to preparing customized resource lists — to search firms for more than 10 years. We formed the Executive Search Network to provide benefits and privileges to member organizations and friends.

Organizational Membership: $6,500

For the annual fee of $6,500, organizational members in the ESN receive:

Resources

  • Unlimited job postings in ELAM's biweekly email, ELAM Edge, and for four weeks on ELAM's Career Services page (a value of $500 per posting)
  • Upon request, job postings can be shared with ELAM/ELH specialty/affinity group listservs
  • Unlimited ELAM and ELH Candidate lists for senior-level positions (a value of $1,000 per list)
  • ELAM and ELH research updates upon request
  • Opportunities to host programming with direct access to fellows and ELUMs

Visibility and Acknowledgement

  • Listing as a member in select marketing materials, and on the ELAM and ELH websites
  • Recognition in print at AAMC and other alumnae events
  • Link to your company's webpage on the ELAM website
  • Open invitations to ELAM and ELH special events, such as our annual Leaders Forum and AAMC
