Applications are accepted through the ERAS system only. We recommend that you apply early. Two fellows per academic year are accepted into the Sports Medicine Fellowship program. We accept physicians who have completed a residency in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics or emergency medicine. Unfortunately, our program does not accept physicians who have completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Positions begin on July 1 and are one year in duration.

Please submit the following documents through ERAS:

• Medical school diploma
• Three letters of recommendation from physicians you have worked with in the clinical setting, preferably sports medicine physicians and/or your residency program director
• Curriculum vitae
• Copy of USMLE Step 1, 2 and 3 scores
• Personal statement that addresses your motivation to practice sports medicine and future goals in the specialty
• Recent photograph
• Copy of ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
