54 yo male presented to Fast Track with 2 weeks of back pain after lifting heavy objects at work. In ED, patient was noted to have a BP 210/130 mm Hg. No chest pain/SOB/abdominal pain.
POCUS of aorta was performed with the following images obtained:
Type A and B aortic dissection and AAA! Two in one – what are the chances?
