College Forward – Phase 3: Outcomes, Synergies and Timelines Across Mission Areas

The final sprint for the Implementation Planning Teams, which was completed by early July 2025, included defining short- and long-term outcomes, deliverables, measures of success, and external influences and resources for each of the mission areas.

 

Next Steps

Phase 3, which continues through 2030, will focus on implementation, continuous quality improvement and broad stakeholder engagement. College Forward 2030 leadership handoffs to the appropriate mission area stakeholders and/or bylaws committees are in progress, and metrics will be tracked to ensure accountability and strategic alignment.
