Kline students face off against Drinker Biddle associates in a transactional law exercise.

Business & Entrepeneurship Law Program

The Business and Entrepreneurship Law Concentration was developed to establish a community of students, law and business faculty, adjunct faculty and members of the legal and business world who think seriously about what lawyers do in the business setting.

Let's Get Down to Business.

Using real world problems, simulation and role playing, students learn by doing; the result is a mastery of the doctrine of business law, an appreciation for practice and the expertise required to "add value" in the transactional setting.

Aside from core courses like Business Organizations, the concentration offers a series of upper-level elective courses that reflect our unique focus on entrepreneurship and technology. These classes include Private Equity & Venture Capital Law, E-Commerce Law, Transactional Lawyering and various intellectual property courses. To augment the concentration curriculum, our students also have the opportunity to take courses offered at the LeBow College of Business.
