During the advertised time, applications services provided by Drexel IT may experience multiple brief service interruptions while hardware firewall upgrades are installed in campus data centers. *** Services impacted include Drexel Website, Drexel Connect, Drexel One, Banner and Banner Web, Active Directory, Drexel Nortel/Avaya IP Telephone service, DragonFly3, VPN, File Servers and others. Services that rely on Drexel Connect to sign-in, such as Blackboard and Zoom, will also be impacted. *** Email and other Microsoft 365 cloud services will not be affected.
