Information about Network Address Translation at Campus buildings and VPN from Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 6:00 AM until Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 7:00 AM: Drexel IT Networking will perform software upgrades in hardware used for Network Address Translation at the campus border. This service is used exclusively with campus client networks using private (RFC1918) address space for external Internet traffic. Due to the highly available / redundant NAT router deployment, this upgrade should have no or little impact on NAT'd network traffic. However, it is possible in some cases that established connections with traffic in transit at the instance of cut-over could experience a short (seconds) delay or be briefly interrupted.
