Informational: Campus Nortel/Avaya Voicemail Maintenance

Information about Voice Mail at all locations from Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 6:00 AM until Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 7:00 AM: This maintenance affects the campus legacy voicemail system associated with Nortel/Avaya phones on the campus PBX. Vonage voicemail is not impacted. ____ During this time mailbox owners will not be able to call-in to retrieve messages or record greetings. ____ All other aspects of the voicemail and voice menu system will function normally. ____ The ability for incoming callers to leave new voicemail message will not be impacted. Normal message retrieval methods will be restored after the maintenance. Those subscribed to the voicemail-to-email service will also receive email messages after the maintenance is completed.

DragonFly3 Wireless Network was restored to regular operation for all locations on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 11:00 PM. ***PLEASE NOTE *** Please be aware that the radius server certificate (radius.irt.drexel.edu) used "behind the scenes" in the authentication process for the DragonFly3 wireless network was updated with a new expiration on Thursday, July 11th at 7:00AM. ___ The first time connecting to DragonFly3 after this update, some clients may present users with a request to “accept” the new certificate before connecting to the network. ___ Any clients experiencing trouble connecting, should re-run the DragonFly3 installation wizard or have their client “forget” DragonFly3 and re-connect. ___ Visit https://drexel.edu/it/connect/wireless/ for information on how to connect using the installation wizard. DrexelOne Mobile and Web feature interruption

DrexelOne Mobile was restored to regular operation for all locations on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 7:06 AM. Some features of DrexelOne, both on the web and mobile, may be unavailable for a brief time due to server maintenance. The downtime should only last for a matter of minutes; we are not expected a prolonged maintenance process.

DragonCard Services Unavailable

Tuesday, July 2, 2024 - 7:00 AM

CBORD CSGold was restored to regular operation for all locations on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 8:15 AM. DragonCard services were not available due to a database issue. Meal Swipes through Aramark were not impacted, however other DragonCard financial transactions such as PaperCut debits or card swipe to release print jobs were impacted.

Files.Drexel Outage and Services that rely on it

File Servers was restored to regular operation for all locations on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 7:20 PM. Files.Drexel and services that rely on Files were unavailable due to a storage array issue. IT Staff are continuing to investigate.
