Six buildings experiencing network service interruption

Several Campus Buildings was restored to regular operation for Specified Buildings on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:10 AM. Network service is currently unavailable in the following buildings: Caneris, Crossings, Field House, Firestone, 11th Parrish, and Wissahickon Service was restored to these buildings at 10:35, Crossings and Firestone at 1110AM.

Intermittent Network Service Interruption at Queen Lane Campus

Sunday, June 28, 2026 - 7:00 AM

Network and Telephone Service was restored to regular operation for Queen Lane Campus on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 8:50 AM. There will be intermittent network service interruptions during this time during network maintenance. Wired, wireless and telephone service will be impacted.

OS - Banner, Web Financials, Reporting and Drexel Connect Outage

A planned outage has been scheduled for Administrative Systems at all locations from Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 6:00 AM until Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Due to critical system maintenance, all Administrative systems including Banner, Web Financials, Drexel Connect, Reporting and third party systems will be unavailable Sunday 6/28/26, from 6 am -12 pm.

Informational Message regarding network service at EP Campus

Sunday, June 7, 2026 - 6:00 AM

ISP Service on Legacy Salus Campus Networks was restored to regular operation for Elkins Park Campus on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 6:10 AM. During this time, Networking will perform maintenance that will briefly interrupt Internet access to legacy Salus networks on the Elkins Park campus, including TEI/POC. The expected outage is less than five minutes. New Drexel networks deployed at Elkins Park will not be impacted. During this maintenance window, legacy equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturer will be removed from service. This is an informational message shared out of an abundance of caution.
