Vonage Phone Service was restored to regular operation for all locations on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 5:20 PM. Intermittent Inbound & Outbound Call Completion Problems. Vonage Customers are experiencing problems receiving and making calls to the public telephone network (calls outside of the Vonage system). -- ****** TIP: When making 10 digit outbound calls, please wait for 30 or more seconds for call setup (dialing) to complete. This is a software upgrade and should not be user visible do to the High Availability (redundant) nature of the VPN server. For example, users should not be disconnected from their Cisco Secure Anyconnect session.
