VCAP offers Media Consultation to any school, office or department who is considering procurement of technology installations for their own offices and facilities. Through our extensive experience with Instructional Technology, Video Production, Videoconferencing and desktop multi-media applications we are able to provide this service to the university community through Drexel's Central IT.

Following our initial consultation we will continue to liaise with your department and vendors throughout the procurement process; from assistance drafting proposals with bidding vendors, through installation and maintenance agreements, to ensure that you aren’t being sold unnecessary products.
