Stiles Hall is equipped with digital HD cable TV powered by Comcast, providing nearly 100 HD channels.  The ResNet HD Cable TV service is active and does not require sign-up, activation, or use of a cable box.  However, before you can begin viewing,  you must configure your TV tuner and run a channel scan.  Your TV must be able to accept a coax cable input and be equipped with a QAM digital tuner.  In simple terms, your TV must be able to receive clear (unencrypted) HD digital cable TV channels without use of a cable box.

Legacy wired cable TV service (requiring the use or a coax cable to connect to your TV)  has been replaced with the XFINITY on Campus Streaming Service which offers a more sophisticated channel line-up, on-line searchable program guide, on-demand programming, personal DVR and other features.  Use a Roku player and the XFINITY Stream channel to connect to your television.

Wired cable TV is only available in Stiles Hall through June 15, 2019. Stiles Hall residents are encouraged to migrate to XFINITY on Campus as soon as possible.
