On-Campus Employment for Students With F-1 Visa Status
Drexel University students with F-1 visa status are eligible to work on campus through student employment paid by the University and through select on-campus commercial firms not paid by the University. Students should refer to the program end date on their Form I-20 for work authorization end date. For questions on other employment types under F-1 visa status (ex: CPT, OPT), students should consult with the Office of International Students and Scholars Services.
On-Campus Employment Through Student Employment Paid by the University
Drexel University students with F-1 visa status are eligible for certain student employment positions as follows:

On-Campus Employment Through Commercial Firms Not Paid by the University
Pursuant to federal guidelines, Drexel University students with F-1 visa status are eligible to work at on-campus commercial firms that are contractually affiliated with the University to provide services for students. Human Resources maintains the following list of employers who have been identified as approved on-campus commercial firms eligible for F-1 student on-campus employment. Students are only eligible to work at the location(s) of these employers on the University’s campus.
