Sustainable Success: Work-Life Balance as a Graduate Student

Thursday, November 5, 2026

5:00 PM-6:00 PM

The Graduate Online Success Series: Grad Online Jawn is a series of online workshops offered by the Office of Graduate Studies and the McGonigal Academic Resources Center (ARC), in collaboration with campus partners, to provide graduate students with key skills and resources to support them throughout their academic journey.

Graduate study requires significant time and effort, which can sometimes make it difficult to balance your personal, professional, and academic commitments. Work-life balance, though, is key to academic and professional success. You've got this! Join Julie Hang, Psy.D., Staff Psychologist and Outreach Coordinator, Drexel Counseling Center, and Rebecca Signore, Executive Director, Center for Learning and Academic Success Services (CLASS), to discuss strategies and resources for setting boundaries, managing your schedule, accessing resources, recharging, and supporting growth.
