Your career is cleared for take-off at TransDigm!

Join us on October 5, 2026, from 2:00–3:00 PM to learn more about our Management Development Program (MDP) — a 2-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of aerospace leaders.

Who should attend: Students completing a master's degree who are interested in leadership careers in aerospace manufacturing and operations. U.S. citizenship is required.

What we'll cover:

  • An overview of the MDP: three 8-month rotational assignments at three separate U.S. operating units
  • The functional areas you could rotate through — Operations, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Program Management
  • What mentorship from our leadership team looks like, and where past participants have landed
  • How to apply, timeline, and Q&A

Why attend: You'll hear directly from TransDigm leaders about what makes this program a fast track to management, get your questions answered live, and learn how to make your application stand out.
