Pre-Writing Workshop: Graduate Fellowships

Applications to graduate fellowships require significant planning, and may differ significantly from other types of writing or applications you have done in the past. This workshop is open to all students and alumni planning to apply for fellowships for graduate study or post-graduate experiences; those currently focused on applications to graduate school may also find it useful. The workshop will cover how to plan the application process, thinking strategically about how you seek other support, reflective exercises for pre-writing, and strategies for organizing your content.

Please note that this is not an information session about specific fellowships. We recommend reviewing our fellowships database (https://drexel.edu/pennoni/urep/fellowships/finding-fellowships/) to identify specific opportunities for which you plan to apply, identify the award selection criteria, and bring that information with you to the workshop, to get the most benefit from our time together.
