Medical Marijuana: Delivering Clinical Care in an Ever-Evolving Environment

Please join us for an in-person event at Drexel University’s Elkins Park Campus.

This event will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from, and discuss with, a panel of leading health care providers. The event will describe and discuss the basic physiology of the endogenous endocannabinoid system. Panelists will share their experiences in the clinical use of medicinal marijuana for a variety of medical conditions. After the program, attendees will be better prepared to deliver recommendations around the use of medical marijuana.

After attending this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the endogenous endocannabinoid system.
  • Discuss current trends related to medical marijuana use.
  • Describe current challenges related to medical marijuana use.
  • Discuss opportunities for future research related to medical marijuana use.
