Adam Fontecchio
Dr. Adam Fontecchio, Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, and the Center for the Advancement of STEM Teaching and Learning Excellence (C ASTLE ) won the 2018 President’s Award for Diversity and Inclusive Community for Faculty and Professional Staff. According to the awarding committee , “[t]his award recognizes and honors significant contributions that promote awareness of and respect for diversity, create opportunities for intercultural engagement, and build upon Drexel's founding principle of inclusion.” I ndividuals are awarded $1,000, and teams are awarded up to $5,000.
Dr. Fontecchio and his team at CASTLE will be recognized at the President’s Award ceremony on Monday, November 5, 2018.
