Professor Rob Swan will be receiving the ASTM Committee Technical Editor Award from Committee D18 on Soil and Rock. This recognition is given for the time and extensive effort spent in editing ASTM STP 1605 on "Railroad Ballast Testing and Properties" resulting from a symposium held in New Orleans, Louisiana in January 2018.
The award will be presented on January 28, 2019 at the Main Meeting of Committee D18 in Houston, Texas.
