A paper by Daniel Lawrence and Prof. Vibha Kalra (with collaborators from Los Alamos National Lab) entitled “High-energy density nanofiber-based solid-state supercapacitors“ has been featured as a HOT article.
Caitlin Dillard, a PhD candidate advised by Prof. Vibha Kalra, receives the Electrochemical Society (ECS) Student Travel Award (Battery Division) to attend and present her research at the fall 2016 ECS conference in Honolulu, HI.
Dr. Vibha Kalra received the 2015 Outstanding Faculty Award, AIChE Delaware Valley Section.
Dr. Kalra has been awarded a research grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF). The award is for $352,125 for a period of three years starting Jan. 1, 2016 and is titled "Confined Self Assembly of Conjugated Rod-Rod Diblock Copolymers in Nanofibers: Experiments and Simulations".
