  • Dozens of researchers within the College of Engineering are counted among the top 2% in their field for research impact. Notably, Yuri Gogotsi, PhD, ranks #20 worldwide for career impact in the field of Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Michel Barsoum, PhD, #10 worldwide for Materials, and Alexander Fridman, PhD #313 for Applied Physics.
  • Drexel has consistently appeared on the National Academy of Inventors and Intellectual Property Owners Association’s list of the world’s top 100 universities for patents granted.
