Biography

Karen Shore serves as Director of Development for Drexel University’s College of Engineering; in this role, Karen leads the College’s efforts to secure comprehensive philanthropic support for the College’s programs and initiatives, seeking to build relationships with alumni, parents, and friends of the Drexel Engineering community. Karen, a proud Drexel alumna, joined Drexel’s Office of Institutional Advancement and the College of Engineering in May 2020 as Associate Director, Foundation and Corporate Relations. Prior to Drexel, Karen worked extensively in the arts and education sectors, including Curtis Institute of Music and the Philadelphia Ballet. In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and performing with her local choir.
