Biography

Kevin Gazzara, PhD has more than 30 years of management, leadership, organizational development and teaching experience in industries spanning from heavy equipment to high tech. In 2007, Kevin departed the corporate world with two of his colleagues to start Magna Leadership Solutions - www.magnaleadership.com - a management and leadership consulting firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. In Gazzara’s 18 years at Intel Corporation he held multiple positions in product marketing and management, Intel University and program managing Intel’s worldwide leadership development programs.

Gazzara is the co-author of the book The Leader of OZ: Revealing the 101 Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century, and a member of the National Speakers Association. He received the “Future HR Leader” award from Human Capital magazine for his work with the development of the Task Quotienttm. 

Gazzara has regularly taught classroom and on-line university courses in Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Business Strategy for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, since 1996. He has held the position as Research Chair for Organizational Behavior at University of Phoenix.
