Amy Carroll-Scott, PhD, an associate professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health was quoted in a Dec. 11 Hechinger Report story about the non-profit Harlem Children’s Zone expanding nationwide and the lessons learned from the Promise Neighborhoods, including one in West Philadelphia, that launched under the Obama administration. The story was picked up by the Washington Post.
