Biography
Dr. Yonker teaches in the area of information systems, with a special interest in the applications of research methods and statistics to all areas of information science. Her research interests include information systems in human services, with a focus on the use of technology in treatment settings; remote technology, including telemedicine; and measurement issues in software evaluation. She has professional experience in needs analysis, knowledge engineering, user workstations, and system evaluation.
