Title: Senior Member of the Engineering StaffBio: Tom Shortell, Ph.D, CSEP is a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Lockheed Martin. Tom is the Systems Architect of a major defense program and has worked in systems engineering across the entire lifecycle. Tom is the Technical Project Manager for INCOSE FuSE (Future of Systems Engineering) team and an editor for the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook. Tom received his Ph.D in Computer Science at Drexel University in 2018. Tom has research interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Approximation Algorithms, Computer Vision, and Fully Homomorphic Encyrption.
