Biography

Yusuf Osmanlioglu's research focuses on approximating hard combinatorial optimization problems and their applications in various real life scenarios, including computer vision, wireless networks and bioinformatics. A major research focus of Dr. Osmanlioglu lies in computational neuroscience with emphasis on the structural and functional connectivity between brain regions of healthy people as well as patients with diseases and disorders including traumatic brain injury, autism, and gliomas. He has been a researcher at the Department of Radiology of the University of Pennsylvania between 2016 and 2021.
