Judges
Discovery Day 2026
Tuesday, October 27
The Discovery Day Committee needs scientists and clinicians to help judge student posters and engage our trainees about their work at Discovery Day on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Your participation will strengthen the educational experience for our students and give you the opportunity to see some of the excellent biomedical science and clinical research underway within the school.
If you are available to judge posters at Discovery Day 2026, please sign up on the Judge Registration Form.
Approximately two weeks before the event, we will contact you to confirm your time slot and share additional information about the location and timeline. Poster judging takes place in one of two sessions – 9 to 10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. to noon. In response to past feedback from judges, we will ask presenters to make their posters available virtually three days before the event to give you, our valued judges, the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the work you are asked to judge at the event.
In the meantime, email at discoveryday@drexel.edu or contact Kirsten Larson, PhD, directly at kal29@drexel.edu if you have any questions.
