Effective Career Planning for International Scholars – a seven-week series

Effective Career Planning for International Scholars is a seven-week program addressing the intersection of career exploration and immigration education. During the program, we will guide participants to strategically plan for professional development goals that satisfy the immigration criteria for permanent residence. The series includes workshops and peer mentoring groups that give participants accountability and a supportive community while they execute their strategic plan to meet long-term career success in the US.

The program is funded by the Burroughs Wellcome Fund through a Career Guidance for Trainees grant to Dr. Paola Cepeda (principal investigator, Washington University in St. Louis) and Dr. Natalie Chernets (co-investigator, Drexel University).

Congratulations! View preliminary findings in our award-winning NPA 2024 poster.
