Pennoni Playground: Staying Grounded in Times of Change

Staying Grounded During Times of Change is a wellness workshop for Drexel staff and faculty, that aims to share the tools, techniques and mental habits that can help participants face moments of change and uncertainty going on this academic year.
This workshop will be moderated by Michelle Lloyd-Miah, the founder of Meditation Butterfly. Michelle specializes in transformational coaching through Mindfulness and Meditation. Her mission is to help people gain clarity and make better decisions in their everyday lives.
Michelle has practiced meditation for over 15 years and is also the creator of Sacred Intuition, a meditation-based approach to personal empowerment. Michelle has been trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at The Penn Program for Mindfulness as well as the Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson University.
Participants in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn 15 points (a $15 credit) for attending this hybrid event. For those attending on Zoom, your name must appear in the participants box (you must be signed in) in order to receive wellness credit. Wellness points will appear in your Health Advocate profile in six weeks.
You must register for the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Program AND complete your annual Personal Health Profile before you will be eligible to receive any payouts. Points for attending these events will be sent to Health Advocate on a monthly basis for the prior month’s activities. There will be a 6-week delay in these points and payouts being distributed.
